Refunds And Returns
We will assess refund eligibility on a case by case basis. We may offer a refund for but no limited to:
- Damaged product on arrival
- Expired product on arrival
- The product didn’t arrive
We do not offer refunds for:
- Not liking the product
- Feeling like the product did not meet your expectations
If you would like to request a refund, please contact us. Please be prepared with your order number and proof of why your refund should be accepted (example: photo of damaged product).
